粉嶺北中央公園 Fanling North Central Park: 設計指南

指南原意指向南方，引申為指導等含義；比喻辨別方向的依據。也比喻辨別正確發展方向的依據。本指南旨在為梧桐河提供全面及簡單易明的指引，以改善當地水質和排水系統，提供興建及營運河畔公園的建議及資源。

在設計指南方面，我會涵蓋潛力分析、技術策略、案例分析、宗旨和目標。

首先潛力分析就是理解一個地方潛在的能力和力量，也就是地方原本具備卻沒有發揮出來的用途。潛力是巨大的，但潛力需要積極開發，才能使潛力變成實際的用途。

關於強弱危機分析，梧桐河優勢是擁有優美景色、肥沃土壤和豐富生態；劣勢是缺乏交通配套和水質差；機會是旅遊業發展；威脅是發展同時人類活動增加可能會惡化當地水質污染問題。在分析之後，我建議善用河畔景色的優勢，保留沿河空地，作公共空間的用途，提高生活空間的質素，改善景觀，；善用肥沃土壤的的優勢，保留當地的農田，發展社區農業，滿足香港人對新界東北發展的保育訴求；善用豐富生態的優勢，保留具有特色的牧羊，發展動物農莊；為停止缺乏交通配套和水質差的劣勢，建議增設單車徑和跑步徑，接駁公共交通網絡；另外可使用大自然過濾河水；為成就旅遊業發展的機會，建議保留當地太陽能街燈，用作環保教育的示範公園；另外亦可增設適合影相的打卡熱點，供人在社交媒體分享；為抵禦人類活動增加可能會惡化當地水質污染問題威脅，建議使用草地或透水地鋪代替原來棕地上的混凝土，讓雨水直接流入地下，作為地下水，而不是流入人工的排水管道，增加城市處理廢水的成本。此外，發展動物農莊亦會惡化當地水質，務必增設回收羊糞的系統，例如參考魚菜共生，一種利用生物分解排泄物的農業理論。
