在國外案例分析，我參考了位於以色列第二大城市特拉維夫的雅孔公園。選擇它的原因，是因為2015年世衛組織/兒童基金會在「衛生和飲用水方面的進展 - 2015年更新和千年發展目標評估報告」指出，以色列改善水源比率高達100%。此外，雖然農業人口不足總人口5%，但這個用滴灌技術將大片沙漠變成綠洲的中東國家，不僅解決了自身糧食問題，更向其他國家大量出口優質水果、蔬菜、花卉和棉花等。1979年，雅孔公園獲得了Rokach建築獎，該建築獎每四年一次由以色列官方頒發。由此可見，雅孔公園的水管理別具參考價值。

in foreign case analysis, I Reference is made to Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv, Israel's second largest city. The reason for choosing it is because in 2015 WHO/UNICEF’s “Progress in Health and Drinking Water – 2015 Update and Millennium Development Goals Assessment Report” stated that Israel’s improved water source ratio is as high as 100%. In addition, although the agricultural population is less than 5% of the total population, this Middle East country that uses drip irrigation technology to turn large deserts into oases not only solves its own food problems but also exports high-quality fruits, vegetables, flowers and cotton to other countries. It can be seen that the water management of Yarkon Park has a unique reference value.
Yarkon Park is a large park located in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv. The annual number of visitors is about 16 million. The name of the park is taken from the Yarkon River flowing through the park. Yarkon comes from the Hebrew word "Yarok", meaning green. In 1988, the Yarkon River Authority was established to revitalize the river and make it suitable for sailing, fishing, swimming and other recreational activities. Water quality improved after the construction of modern sewage treatment plants at Hod Hasharon and Ramat Hasharon. Dredging the river to restore its original depth and natural flow. The riverbank is elevated and reinforced, and hiking and cycling trails are built. Along the river, you can find green spaces and a variety of attractions, mainly sports related. There are also bicycle paths and runways.

It is located in the Middle East. In countries that are short of water, but there are so many plants, all of them must be watered. Can this amount of water be consumed?
