實地考察是到指定的地方去做研究。指為明白一個事物的真相，勢態發展流程，而去實地進行直觀的，局部進行詳細的調查。在考察過程中，要隨時對自己觀察到的現象進行分析，努力把握住考察對象的特點。
為了尋找創作靈感，我決定離開電腦，親身到上水實地考察。分別在十一月、十二月、一月和四月，到上水梧桐河，一共進行了五次實地考察。以下部分圖片為備份參考，方便日後創作時使用：

Field trips are to go to designated places to do research. Refers to the understanding of the truth of a thing, the development process of the situation, and go to the field to carry out an intuitive, partial detailed investigation. In order to find creative inspiration, I decided to leave the computer and go to Sheung Shui for a field trip. In November, December, January and April, there were five field trips to the Ng Tung River in Sheung Shui. The following images are backup references for future use:
